At BoopBox.shop, we want you and your pet to be 100% happy with your new gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging (with all tags attached).

Free of pet hair, odors, or signs of "play testing."
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@boopbox.shop with your order number and a photo of the item.

Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label. We will provide you with a specific return address for our quality control team.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our Avasam verified sourcing, but mistakes happen! If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send a photo of the damage/wrong item to support@boopbox.shop.

We will send a replacement out to you immediately at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
