Where do you ship from?

To bring you the most innovative toys and stylish accessories, we partner with a verified network of suppliers via Avasam. Your items are dispatched directly from our professional supplier warehouses, ensuring the highest quality control and efficiency.

How long will my BoopBox take to arrive?

Because we source our gear to ensure it’s "boop-worthy," delivery times can vary slightly based on your location:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days.

  • Europe: 5–10 business days.

  • International (USA/Canada/Australia): 7–14 business days.

  • Please note: Processing your order takes 1–2 business days before the shipping clock starts.

How much does shipping cost?

We keep it simple for the Boop Squad:

  • UK Orders: £4.99 (or FREE on orders over £50).

  • International Orders: £9.99 (or FREE on orders over £100).

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely! As soon as your order is dispatched by our Avasam partners, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your pet's new gear every step of the way.

Why is my order arriving in separate packages?

If you ordered multiple items (for example, a cat tunnel and a dog harness), they may be sourced from different specialist suppliers within our network. Don't worry—they are all on their way! You will receive tracking for each package.

What if my order is delayed?

While our Avasam network is highly reliable, sometimes the "mail-man" gets a bit slow. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@boopbox.shop and we will track it down for you immediately.
